Why we love it here
We fell in love with this area for its proximity to the mountains, lakes and of course, college football! We decided to invest in a rental property to have a place for family and friends to stay and also welcome anyone who might also want to enjoy the beauty that Seneca has to offer. Whether this is just stop on your trip, or your final destination, we hope you too fall in love!

This renovated and historic 3BR, 1.5BA bungalow, built in 1940, sleeps 8 and is just a 1-minute walk to historic Ram Cat Alley in downtown Seneca. Features a full kitchen, outdoor grill, fenced backyard, and ample parking for boat trailers. Only 8 miles from Clemson University and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, waterfalls, hiking, zip lining, and Chattooga River whitewater rafting. Perfect for a getaway or visiting Clemson!
